Waimakariri District Council

Waimakariri District Council is based in the town of Rangiora approximately 30 minutes drive north of Christchurch. The Waimakariri District is one of the fastest growing districts in New Zealand. Up to 15,000 houses may be needed to accommodate population change over the next 30 years, together with business, infrastructure and public facility requirements.
