Discovering if the programme is right for you
As a leader you understand and value improving productivity, and seek flexible and agile ways of making the changes you need. You are looking for a process and practices that will open your eyes to new ways of looking at old routines in your business; to refresh and energise productive work and support the creativity and input of others in your work team. Attend this programme as a separate one day injection of activities and ideas focussed on improving productivity or add this to your Team Leader qualification. This programme is a new addition to our course offerings in 2018.
